Common questions
Will the inlay material fall out or crack?
No. We engineer our rings with a deep "channel setting" that locks the material inside the metal core. We then seal the inlay with a marine-grade jewelry resin that hardens like stone, protecting the wood, bone, or meteorite from impacts, moisture, and delamination.
Can I resize a Tungsten Inlay Ring?
No. Because Tungsten Carbide is an extreme-hardness ceramic metal (ranking 9 on the Mohs scale) and the inlay is a continuous piece, these rings cannot be resized or cut. We strongly recommend verifying your exact size with a jeweler before ordering.
Are the wood and meteorite inlays waterproof?
Yes. Our vacuum-sealing process ensures that water cannot penetrate the porous organic material. You can wash your hands, shower, and swim without worrying about the wood swelling or the meteorite rusting.
Is the gold inlay real?
Yes. Our Black Ring with Gold Inlay designs use genuine 18K Rose Gold or Yellow Gold for the center strip. The surrounding metal is Tungsten or Titanium to provide the structural support that soft gold lacks, preventing bending.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Warranty that covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects.
How heavy are these rings?
It depends on the core chassis. Tungsten Inlay Rings are dense and have a substantial, heavy feel (similar to platinum). If you prefer a featherlight feel, look for our Titanium options, which offer the same tensile strength at a fraction of the weight.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Shipping is free for all orders within the US and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the USA and Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
